Revision
Transcribed from the Internet Archive's full-text OCR of the 1920 volume, archive.org item summatheologicao011thom (the same edition is also digitized, with matching title-page evidence, as thesummatheologi01thomuoft; neither was pooled as a witness for the other — one was read, the other used only to confirm the printing). Printed readings are preserved; every mechanical scanning artifact repaired is logged; a handful of double-OCR-corrupted spots were additionally cross-checked against the scan's own page images (archive.org's IIIF endpoint) rather than resolved by context alone. The "We proceed thus to the Nth Article" opening formula and the running heads are printing apparatus and are not transcribed, consistent with unit 1.

edition
Second and revised edition of the Dominican Fathers' translation, Prima Pars QQ. I-XXVI. NOT the 1947 Benziger revision that ccel.org and newadvent.org carry, whose public-domain basis is not established. This provenance block describes units 2-39 (Prima Pars QQ. 1-7, thirty-eight articles), all drawn from the same single scanned volume (archive.org summatheologicao011thom, which covers Prima Pars QQ. I-XXVI. entire — Questions 3-7 required no different fascicle). Unit 1 (Prima Secundae, Q. 1, A. 1) is a DIFFERENT printing, the 1914 Benziger volume, and is unchanged by this expansion — its own provenance stands as originally written.
