Revision
All 5 of 5 homilies on the Epistle to the Thessalonians, transcribed from the CCEL ThML transcription of NPNF1-13, which holds Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, Thessalonians, Timothy, Titus, and Philemon inside one flat div1/div2 sequence — this build locates each Thessalonian epistle by its own printed div2 title ("Homilies on First Thessalonians." / "Homilies on 2 Thessalonians."), never by position, and reads neither Galatians/Ephesians/Philippians/Colossians nor Timothy/Titus/Philemon. A mandatory transcription-integrity audit ran first: a probe-walk word-count audit against the dated Internet Archive scan's OCR, calibrated with a positive control (700 words excised, confirmed detected before trusting any clean result). A structural census (11 "Homily N" divisions I-XI for First Thessalonians, 5 for Second Thessalonians I-V, each found generically rather than assumed positional) confirms no gaps, duplicates, or fusion. Second Thessalonians' own Homily I is not a pericope homily but Chrysostom's general "Argument" for the epistle (printed and numbered as Homily I in this volume, unlike First Timothy's separate un-numbered Argument preface) — transcribed with no invented scripture cross-reference anchor. Every inline scripture citation in the homilies' own body prose (not only the head pericope) is mined into a cross-reference anchor via the shared LS-474 citation miner. One disclosed correction to CCEL's own source markup: 1 Thessalonians Homily IV's citation "Gen. 37.20; 64.28" (CCEL's own osisRef, passage attribute, and human-readable inner text all agree on "64.28"/"lxiv. 28") cites an impossible Genesis chapter (the book has only 50); the invalid second segment is dropped, keeping the valid "Gen. 37.20" citation anchored — no replacement verse is guessed. The work's own text only — Schaff/Broadus's editorial footnotes are not transcribed.

A Select Library of the Nicene and Post-Nicene Fathers, First Series, Volume XIII, "Saint Chrysostom: Homilies on Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, Thessalonians, Timothy, Titus, and Philemon" — pre-1930 US publication (New York: The Christian Literature Company, 1889). Verified directly against the DATED Internet Archive scan aselectlibrary13unknuoft (Trinity College, University of Toronto; not the superficially similar selectlibraryofn13auguuoft or nicenefathers13unknuoft identifiers, both confirmed on direct title-page inspection to be the 1956 Eerdmans photolithoprint reprint): this scan's own OCR carries the original title page verbatim ("VOLUME XIII. SAINT CHRYSOSTOM: HOMILIES ON GALATIANS, EPHESIANS, PHILIPPIANS, COLOSSIANS, THESSALONIANS, TIMOTHY, TITUS, AND PHILEMON. NEW YORK: THE CHRISTIAN LITERATURE COMPANY. 1889.") immediately followed by "COPYRIGHT, 1889, BY THE CHRISTIAN LITERATURE COMPANY." — a first-printing copyright notice, not a reprint's. Archive.org's own item metadata independently corroborates: held by Trinity College, University of Toronto; publication date "1886-1890"; rights-review evidence "stated date is 1889 ... not published by the US government" -> NOT_IN_COPYRIGHT. Term long expired; the underlying Oxford Translation (revised by Rev. John A. Broadus, D.D.) is likewise long expired. Same class basis as the already-published Ephesians and Philippians/Colossians volumes.
